Working principle
When the measured liquid flows through the measuring chamber, the pressure difference is formed at the inlet and outlet of the flowmeter, and the waist wheel rotates under the push of the pressure difference. At the same time, the two waist wheels are continuously rotated through a pair of driving gears fixed on the waist wheel shaft. As the waist wheel rotates, the liquid is continuously discharged through the measuring chamber. Each pair of flowing liquid volume is four times the volume of the metering chamber, through the sealing coupling, deceleration mechanism. Decelerate the rotation number and pass it to the counter, which indicates the liquid instantaneous flow and cumulative flow. The transmitter can be installed in the counting mechanism, which is a waist wheel flowmeter with transmitter. With display instrument or microcomputer system, can realize remote transmission (quantitative, cumulative, instantaneous and other functions) automatic measurement and control.
